🌿 Welcome

Welcome. If you’re an adult navigating recovery, seeking aftercare, or simply looking for a place to begin again—you’re in the right place.

I’m a CADTP-certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor offering private, trauma-informed virtual support across California. I operate independently and outside DHCS-licensed programs, providing non-clinical services that center autonomy, emotional safety, and dignity.”

This space is especially for adults of all ages navigating new beginnings or life transitions—including professionals, parenting adults, justice-involved individuals, and community members experiencing homelessness. Whether you’re just starting out, transitioning out of treatment, or rebuilding after relapse, you deserve support that meets you with kindness and care.

I provide virtual substance use support to individuals from all walks of life—educators, creatives, those facing mental health challenges or dual diagnoses, and anyone seeking a non-judgmental space to heal. My approach is strengths-based and accessibility-focused, because recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’m here to meet you where you are.

New Beginnings and Aftercare Support for Every Stage of Recovery

If you’ve been searching for aftercare—whether you’re still using, had a short lapse, recently relapsed, or are maintaining healthy sobriety and just need support to stay grounded—that was a brave step. Maybe you’ve typed things like “how to stop using,” “help after relapse,” or “how to stay sober.” Or maybe you’ve simply wondered if anyone truly understands what you’re going through.

You’re not alone. And you absolutely deserve care.

Recovery isn’t perfect. It’s messy, it’s hard, and it looks different for everyone. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I created this space for all of it—for the uncertain moments, the small wins, the setbacks, and the quiet days when you just need someone to talk to. Whether you’re starting out, starting over, or staying steady—you’re welcome here.

There’s no wrong way to start. And whenever you’re ready—I’m here. 🌅

Why Do I Do This Work?

I do this work because I believe in second chances, quiet courage, and the healing power of being truly heard.

As a certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor, I offer more than credentials—I bring compassion shaped by lived experience and a deep respect for the journey each person walks. I understand how heavy it can feel to be stuck, scared, or unsure of what life looks like without substances. I honor the quiet bravery it takes to want change, even when the path forward feels unclear.

Recovery isn’t one big moment—it’s a collection of small, courageous choices. It’s showing up when it hurts. Holding on when everything feels uncertain. With time, clarity begins to return. The heart softens. Life starts to unfold again—not all at once, but gently, like a sunrise after a long night.

My Approach

I use Motivational Interviewing to support clients in exploring their own reasons for change—without pressure, judgment, or assumptions. This approach centers your voice, your values, and your pace. It’s a respectful, trauma-informed method that honors ambivalence as part of the process, not a barrier. Rather than telling you what to do, MI helps uncover what matters most to you and builds momentum from your own insights. Whether you're feeling uncertain, ambivalent, or ready to take the next step, our work together will be guided by empathy, collaboration, and your own inner strengths. You are the expert in your own life, and MI creates space for that expertise to lead. Together, we’ll explore possibilities with curiosity, not expectation.

You don’t have to decide today. Take a look at how care works here—gentle, confidential, and shaped around your needs.

Believe in your potential, create your future.

If you’re tired, scared, or just unsure where to begin—start here. I offer real support from someone who’s lived it.
